Our Projects

For eight years, without formal charity status, the founders of The Better Bloke Project spearheaded a movement that has blossomed into an unparalleled community.

Brock, Rob & Matty, along with many others, have worked on countless activations supporting members of Blokes Advice, normalising mental health, and fostering community. The work of Blokes Advice showcases a robust foundation for the organisation, which will only be accelerated through The Better Bloke Project.

Professional Seminars

Partnering with professionals to host free, local seminars in relation to their specialty. Topics include family law, substance abuse, nutrition, and mental health management.

Lifeblood Team

Did you know that us blokes are best for donations? Our veins are built differently & we tend to have fewer antibodies, making us much better for plasma donations, and able to give more frequently. Plasma helps plenty of people, but particularly kids undergoing cancer treatments.

Formerly Red25, the Blokes Advice Life Blood team has made a huge impact in saving lives with almost 15 000 donations, potentially saving over 30 000 lives.

Live Events

Organizing events focused on fostering real-world connections among individuals, highlighting positive mental health and communal support

Workplace Training

Providing targeted educational programs in trades, mining, and transport to promote mental and physical well-being awareness at work.

2500 Shoes Visual

For International Mens Day 2023, Blokes Advice teamed up with other grassroots organisations to lay a shoe for each man that took his own life on the lawns of Parliament House, which generated millions of views.

The Black Dog Tour

On two separate occasions, the team embarked on a tour around Australia hosting member meets as an effort to connect the online community and their families in real life, under the banner of mental health awareness..
